I downloaded the demo and could not get 3D work. Is it not supported in the full game either? Is there some trick to getting it to work?

Yep, do you have an nVidia Quadro video card? if not, maybe you can try the
iZ3D 3D driver 1.10 ( the 1.99 betas don't have OpenGL support anymore ) if on Windows.

I only have a GTX 470. I am using a 3D Vision glasses. I tried that Iz3D driver but could not get it to work.

too bad, 3D Vision for OpenGL applications/games is only available on Quadro cards.
