I'm really sorry for bombarding with yet another question.Undecided

I've spent hours working on a map I created in editor, but when I go to save it in the respected folder (Redist) and I go to open it up after I close the program, it isn't there. I've also gone to C:\Users\-YOUR-USER-NAME-\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files and it still isn't there...Confused does anyone know where my file has gone? and how on earth I can get my maps to save in the proper area from now on?

Once again, any help at all is much appreciated.
If you don't have write permissions where you tried to save it, it might never have been saved...

I suggest you try saving another (empty) map and see if it appears. If not, you might need to start the LevelEditor as administrator in order to save it. If this is the case, I don't think you can find the previous map again I'm afraid.

Of course this shouldn't be an issue but it has been with some people.
Thank you for the information Smile when I run as administration, I just click right on level editor and click on "run as administration" and that should help? do I have to do this every time, or just the once?

Thank you! Smile
Have you tried a windows search?

Just tried running it as administrator and it worked.... xD I guess that was the issue. Thanks again Smile
If you want it to always run as admin, you can right-click it > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program as an administrator.
