I found this Killscreen article on The Chinese Room's twitter page called: The Aztec pessimism of A Machine for Pigs by Sam Zucchi. I think it is an interesting read and would recommend it to people who are interested in AMFP.
Nice. Finally I know what this line means:

I logged in specifically to post about that, then saw Newsman had beat me to it. Great article. 2.5 years late, but a very insightful.

I think it's time I played through AMFP again...
