This question is a little bit difficult. If the sound collection from the game is not enough, is it allowed to use sounds and music that is released under creative commons for a costum story? Especially by the law and by frictional games?

You can add whatever content you want as long as you have written consent by the owner of the material (like for instance the CC agreement you refer to).
