If you have updated the game to version 1.0.1 then you need to make one more change when setting up dev environment.

Open "main_settings.cfg" in "My Documents/Amnesia/Main" and change:
ForceCacheLoadingAndSkipSaving="true"
to
ForceCacheLoadingAndSkipSaving="false"

Otherwise the game will always load the current cache files, and any updates you make to a model or map will not be visible.

This problem is only for creating modifications?
Or is it a general problem?
