I found a bug when trying to match the pipes on the wall, in order to lower the cistern's right bridge.
If you drop a pipe too close from the wall, it will get stuck behind the little stairs in front of the wall, and you won't be able to click on it again to grab it back.
I had to reload the game to a previous state where pipes were at their default position.
