As soon as get to the profile creation screen at the beginning Amnesia.exe stops responding and I have to use the task manager to close the program. I have tried reinstalling the demo/video drivers, running as admin...I guess it's just a compatibility issue but want to confirm...

Windows 7 64-bit
AMD Sempron LE-1300
GeForce 6150SE 128MB

Maybe if you turn off SSAO it will help. Or edge smoothing. Or bothSmile
