If you have a problem with the game, please create a new thread and outline your problem. I highly recommend having a look through the troubleshooting guides pinned at the top of the SOMA Technical Support forum to see if your problem can be solved by one of our many options.
Otherwise, please follow the guidelines at Problem X.

Lastly, as a moderator, I would have at one point informed the developers of this error. Please don't presume they would have offered no resolution which would have differed to the ones already proposed.
