Good afternoon. The problem is that when click on a shortcut with the game, nothing happens, not even errors any does not produce, and when I tried to run the game on a pirate version, the game has started.Tell me what the problem and what to do?

Alrighty so, this sounds like you have a failed or partially installed game, but it could be something more.

Could you load up the game via the shortcut that doesn't work, then post the hpl.log file as a reply or attachment below? It will give us a better idea of your system, and may tell us what the problem is.
