*Possible spoiler*

Hey,

So I finished Amnesia yesterday, super awesome game, far better than Penumbra!

In one of the rooms connected to the room in which you drilled a head there was a blueish/lavender (I think) flower growing by a pillar. Is it of any use? If I'm not mistaken I got this "object shimmering" when trying to use an object on it... as if it was possible to interact with it somehow, I didn't manage to do so though (I think, lol). Has someone got an explanation of this flower mystery?
You can pick it and if you place it in the bumhole of the right dead guy you will be rewarded with a Kalashnikov. If you place it in the wrong anus, however, a Brute will spawn and never go away.

I wondered about it, but soon forgot about it. I'll have to give this room another look over (and I'd be happier about it if all the naked men were living, but you must do what you must do...) and see what fancy symbolism I can find.

It's not a rose, though, so that makes it a harder mystery already.
You certainly have an odd humor.
I tried to load this map in LevelEditor/MapViewer but it always crashes.

So, I guess, there is no answer for such question.

i fucking lol'd
I found this in a loading screen: "The beautiful wild orchid seemed a testament to nature's strength, being able to grow inside Brennenburg. Alas, it was Alexander's studies and care which enabled the flower to bloom."
Well, the original question was about usage, not explanation.

Hmmm, It crashes for me too. How odd.

Has anyone been able to successfully load this level in the editor?

EDIT: Took a quick look at the levels script file, doesn't seem like their's any code to deal with the flower. So I doubt their is anything you can do with it.
huh... it crashed for me too...

Very sneaky frictional ;-)
There are some custom stories that crashes if you try to load it on levelEditor. I don't know why.
