I bought SOMA via Steam. However, SOMA has not been able to open up recently. I start it and it does nothing. This I can always try again and still does not start. It is always contradicted me a certain MSVCP100.dll file is missing. Have already tried everything, how to reinstall and check game files. Even now, SOMA does not open anymore.

I'm pretty sure that means you're missing some of the Windows Visual Studio Redistributable packages. They should have been installed when you installed SOMA, but they can be manually installed via the links in Problem A8 of the Troubleshooting Guide.
