Level editor help! I am trying to test out a map made using level editor for amnesia and I cannot get it to show up on the main game. I have tried various things like making a second profile named dev_user and a folder did come up, but it was empty. HELP!
Tried running the editor and Amnesia as administrator? Depending on where it's installed, it may not have permissions to write to that folder otherwise.
Well both the editor and Amnesia work fine, its just that I can't seem to get my custom story to show up in the main game. Do you think running Amnesia as administrator will help?
So I solved one problem, I reinstalled the game and then once I created that dev_user profile in the game the two items appeared in the folder, now all I need to is figure out how to make the custom story show up in the main menu.
Closing because this thread is similar to one currently in Development Support. Furthermore, having reinstalled the game fixed the problem with the game not responding or otherwise.
