I would have loved to see a survival mode in amnesia, where there would be many maps which challenged you, eg. easy, medium, hard. This would add alot more playability to the game.

What do you lot think?
I think a survival mode is easy because there are a few glitches to bypass the monsters (stand on an object, hold a large object in front of you). What exactly do you have in mind? That you're trapped in an area with only a few rooms and more and more monsters show up (every minute or so)?
Lonewolf, how are they gonna implement that? :S

seems kinda wierd to survive without a way to defend yourself, if you're not hiding all the time but then it would just be trial and error
Maze? Collect certain things in time before monsters breaks in? Puzzle timers? Hard Puzzles?
It's still the longest and first suggestion thread.
No one's being helped in this thread when all you're doing is posting links to another thread repeatedly instead of contributing.

Anyway, playing a survival map would be an exercise in exploitation, considering getting on a table seems to be Melty's greatest weakness at times.
The point when linking a previous thread is this:
The idea has already been made, and there is a lot of discussion around it. If you want to continue that discussion and have something significant to contribute, you can just reply to that thread. (If you just reply with something insignificant like an "lol" then it's called necro-ing)
For that reason, there's really no reason to keep around a repeat thread.
