Why doesn't anyone want this game on 1 console?

Because, this game was bred and born on a PC. Anything different wouldn't feel right.

For instance, Amnesia TDD controls: W,A,S,D,F,Tab, and Esc. If you would put these kind of controls for PS3, it would literally be the analog and the Circle and Square buttons.

It's also not that exciting or frightening to sit in front of a TV. Trying to imagine Amnesia TDD and all it's memorable moments being on a television makes me cringe, really.

It simply will not happen.
You can't not get scared by a horror game just because it's on a TV. You can't play Silent Hill and not get scared. You can't play Fatal Frame and not get scared. There both on consoles and people still piss their pants as you would on the PC. There's not much of a difference. And you shouldn't really mind because you'll still have it for the PC, all because people want it on the PS3 doesn't mean YOU HAVE to play it on the PS3. I was just suggesting they should put it on PS3 AND PC.

What about the new players from the console world enriching the audience of FG games? Big Grin
This thread isn't legit. I remember Thomas speaking about 360, but not mentioning PS3. lol.

But anyways, I would love to see console version of the game. But that won't happen - most likely...

That's not the point. This has nothing to do with those people. This is about the people who want to be able to play this game on a console. Not everybody has a PC or can afford a PC. And games like this should be put on consoles. More people buy games on consoles than PC's. So it would be a huge gain for Frictional Games, a little loss will be involved but more gain
Do we have statistics of which is actually the most profitable platform? I remember Portal 2's PC sales outselling those of consoles but can't tell for the other games.
PS3? Nope.
Nope. The engine will have to be re-coded if you want it to be on PS3. That means.......DELAY. Moar delay.
PS3 xD
like you could port something to a cell processors within a few months xD
PS4 is possible since the APU and the "easy" API but they won't I assure you.
