Is it possible to enable subtitles (english or italian) for developer commentary? Are there any transcriptions of these commentary on internet?

If subtitles are enabled, don't they show up for commentary as well?

No, there is no subtitles to the commentary.
commentary would have to be scripted in and translated, feel like writing it all down?
As someone having intermediate listening skills I had hard times to understand commentary.

I had trouble trying to understand them myself as well, they tend to mumble like they are reading to them self and it does make it hard to hear
The commentary on making the commentary is very interesting to listen to.

Itself also at times difficult to understand, if I recall correctly.
