This is a bit of a silly topic.Smile
The environment in Black Plague was made so that you feel isolation and that no one is around, thats why most places and rooms dont feel welcoming.
If theres a place i feel "safe" its the library and that room you enter after the sewers before going to the residential corridors.

I feel that that room is some kind of "nice", since the bathroom is actually intact, theres a little computer room with a mattress that according to Phillip smells "better them the rest", a pc and a television. If i was him, i would stay in there forever.

Are there other places like this one?
I don't know about BP, but in overture the office in the mines felt pretty welcoming to me

If I would have to stay in that room, I would take Amabel's computer there since it has game in it. Tongue
Well, the ship cabin was obviously cozy. Also in the beginning of Overture, the small room with grates on its ceiling. For some reason that room felt welcoming.
Extremely vague and terrible description incoming:
Spoiler below!

the place with the guy that tries to get you to hand something through the slot. Where it turns out hes a monster. That's the place where you have to use those cards on the computers I think. that room where you lock the monster in was really cozy, before you put a tuurningat in there...
ah yes amabels computer room was nice, to bad it had all those specimens laying around there.
I do vaguely remember the library/office in Overture, doesn't the sun or some kind of light comes from the ceiling?

edit: to bad the ship part becomes "dark" after awhile in BP Tongue
is it strange that i felt safe in the dog houses in the kennel...
Yes, it's very strange. They were not welcoming.

There's nothing wrong with being strange. I certainly am. However, I don't agree with you on the therapeutic qualities of loud banging noises and Tuurngaits moaning.
i thought it was soothingly consistent
