Yes I really hope Amnesia will win, it has a huge advantage, in addition to be the best indie of 2010 with minecraft limbo and super meat boy, its the first in the alphabetic choice list ^^

if they win, the award is 20.000 $ or something like that thats it ?

The Audience Award is just 2'500 $. I guess the positive press is more important.
