I haven't figured it out yet but it would help if someone could explain how I get the door into the wall without the wall being where the door is supposed to be.

If someone could explain this process for me I would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance!
Place a Door Way.
Place a Door Frame in the Door Way.
Place the Door in the Door Way.

Then place a wall through the door way so it's blocked? Don't think so. I asked how I can place the door without the wall actually going into the doorway and how to place it correctly etc.
And you got the three steps to do it. If you still need help, check the levels from the game in the level editor and see how it is done.
You want to place a door into the wall... make a door way instead.

I really don't see what you're trying to do.
How is this worth.. anything

I was just saying that I make a wall then place a doorway then put the door in the doorway but even if I move the walls to fit the doorway there is still no wall peice above the doorframe. Never mind though I'll do what jens suggested.
Well, don't make a wall then.. lol

A doorway acts as a replacement for a wall piece, which is placed in between 2 solid walls.

How about you snap at him again? That will make everyone want to help you!

Now you DO NOT place a WALL for a DOORWAY. Use "Door Frame" and "Door Way". These are both "static objects" then the door you put inside it is an "entity". You'll want the door to be slightly closer to the side it opens out towards otherwise the door frame itself is going to be hitting the door and preventing it from opening all the way.
