Well there still isnt any story...And i've only made kinda first map area and first door with key.. And i wasnt good at scripting so i just made an map/area...

Atm i'll just show pics of it... But i'm thinking to add lots of scary stuff... like things falling what i saw on one costum map.... and secret doors... But here is what it looks so far...

And i'm gonna start asking how to do something soon enough.. Smile when i'm done with this first area... The last pic is after using door and loading screen...

Too many billboards, tone them down, lower the alpha.
Right... i took half of them out ^^ but what you mean by alpha?
Alpha = Transparancy.
You'll find that setting when you click on a billboard.
God... scripting is giving me an headache... only way for me to script atm is to check other maps and see how they did it and copy or sumthing ^^and they intend to crash and give errors aswell.... fun times..

If there is anyone who would like to help me on this map.. lemme know...(scripting part)

And thx for explaining alpha Wink
I see this alot, 'huge' areas with mostly nothing in them.
Try to fill up your halls and hallways with more props, but make sure they fit with their surroundings. Or you could try and make areas smaller.
When I look at the screenshots of your corridors, I see no reason why they would be so wide.
Take your bathroom for example; why is it that big? why is that broken mirror on that wall? I know it looks nice and neat, exactly in the middle, but it doesn't make sense. Why isn't it above the sink?
When you 'decorate' your rooms, try to think why things are in certain places, and don't just smack them somewhere because it looks nice.
Also, use the tiling options on your planes, so that you see minimal repeatance.
Ok... will double check everything.. But what u mean by tiling?
