I tried to play Amnesia on both laptops but they won't start, It always say "Something is wroooooog"

That's terribly vague. It depends on the laptop and it's graphics chip. Almost any integrated graphics is surely a no no.

It's most likely your graphics chip since that tends to be the biggest problem for most laptops. But yes, the game does work on laptops, since I've played/playing it again on my mac :V
