Hi, I really want to play Amnesia (I have the demo right now becuase i want to make sure itll work before i get the game itself) but it crashes upon launch giving me this error message:

i have a windows vista home premium, 64bit and i believe i have updated my drivers. my laptop meets the criteria for the upon the demo download. can anyone help me with this issue? if additional information is needed just let me know, i just want the game to work.
