I'm fairly sure I heard the same voice of the same voice actor on some cartoon I saw on cartoonetwork. The fact that I fail to remember which show it was is killing me.

I thought of a hobo when he spoke.

So what would you think he looks like?

I made a drawing of him, but didn't scan it. He looks like a gangster with only some short prickly hair, and a smug face while holding a cigarette. (tobacco in my drawings means the person using it is a bad guy). In the corner is a scared Philip.

After seeing who was the voicer, i see him like that. But sometimes, it still reminds me of Bon Scott! (If you don't know, Bon Scott was the original singer of AC/DC, before dying in 1980).
