I'm having trouble with lighting as for the part I am doing, I am using candles but they are not bright enough and I cannot find how to change the brightness of the ;ight. Does any one know how?
There's an option to connect candles and such to actual lights. Read here: http://wiki.frictionalgames.com/hpl2/tut...tutorial_2

It's at the bottom.
Model editor is also another option if you need them all consistently brighter. You can load one of the default models, add more intense lighting to it and save a copy. It should then appear in the editor.
Place a pointlight near the candle. Get the name of the pointlight and place it in the box on the candle called 'connected light'. Make sure the pointlight has the radius you want, and the color scale is 0, 0, 0, 0. Then on the candle set the connectedlight amount to be like 0.5 or something like that.
