What is the difference? . I saw on gamespot...2 demos... Penumbra and Penumbra Overture. I just couldn`get it

Penumbra (tech demo) is a small techincal demo of what the engine could do, the penumbra overture is a commercial game ($20) with considerbly longer time, the penumbra-overture demo is the demo of penumbra overture.
