The Prison level scares the SHIT out of me, does anyone have any suggestions about how to...be less freaked out by it?

Good idea, now I can sing like Tobuscus

If you're like me, then while playing the game you feel really 'stressed' (stress isn't a good word to describe the feeling, but it's a pretty unpleasant feeling in your chest) and find it hard to continue down that long dark hallway. Singing helps, especially if it's something like the following:

There isn't anything wrong with playing music in the background while playing Amnesia. I did it at the worst parts of the game for me.

It really is hard to not be scared by the Prison. That part of the game took me the longest to get past because I was so scared by it. You'll feel like a better person once you complete it, though.

I'll admit I certainly feel better if I watch PewdiePie or someone else do a Let's play of Amnesia lol...I feel like less of a wuss then

Honestly Amnesia is the only game that actually generates the emotion 'fear' in me

Well I'm really grateful for this guys, I'd been so keen(and pressured by my friend) to play Amnesia in a way to get the full terrifying experience, it hadn't occurred to me that it's okay to do things to help you cope with the fear lol.

Anyone who is committed to finishing Amnesia has balls of steel in my book.

People cope with fear in different ways, it doesn't make them cowardly.
