Hey guys, I've been working on my map and got onto a problem.
I made a ladder, Used the Ladder script tool, Set to wood. so that should be configured.
I also see the Ladder icon, But i can't use it whatever i do. How do i make this ladder to actually work?
Hey, i had this same problem, its a relatively simple answer too =)
ok, so the ladder area for your ladder can't be touching the ladder, and also it has to be the same hight as the ladder, the same width, and about the same depth (backwards away from ladder) as you would imagine the character to be when using it =) aka, look at doodle bellow;

Ok, so imagine the "[" is the ladder, and the "=" is the ladder area, thats how it should look =) a slight gap between ladder and area, and the area is big enough to fit your character (p.s the diagram above is a side on view). =) hope this helps.

Something I would like to add is that sometimes you have to rotate the ladder area 180 degrees for it to work.
