How exactly do I install the new drivers that just came? I get as far as
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-010479.htm
after that i tried
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics
but it tells me that i have "A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer."

Went and got the new drivers from dell, but they seem old and Sad
It seems like you have a computer with customized drivers. Uninstall your current drivers (I think it can be done with Add or Remove Programs, not sure) and install the Intel ones.
Have you tried going to http://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx and manually download a specific driver? For example if you have an Intel HD, you can search for "intel hd driver" and the first hits will be the driver download.

Yes, but im guessing i need to uninstall the custom drivers first, which im having trouble doing right now
Nevermind, successfully uninstalled, but now which driver do I need? >_< (Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family)

Ok, I uninstalled, but what drivers do I get now? (Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family) Should mention I need the Open GL support
Just wanted to say, I believe the issue I am having is the same, since I have customized drivers, as well. So, if you happen to find a solution, please post to say that it works. I'll be watching this thread and hoping that something gets the game running.
