We all know that Amnesia is a pretty gore-y game, but how many of us actually had their "limits" for gore hit while playing? How many of you had to look away from the screen, or had to take your headphones off? I for one did not... not sure if that's normal D:
What would be your limit to gore, disturbing scenes, etc?
This totally does NOT help me develop my mod 
I took a break after the torture rooms, in the transept, broke me down first time around. That's where things turn less scary though but of course, I didn't know that then.
Also, clowns, even though they're not in the game... Thankfully.
Amnesia shocked me pretty much, but I would say there was nothing above my "limit".
With the knowledge that it's just a game, I'm very hard to disturb.
I got no limit, I think it's cute.

Amnesia gripped me nearly constantly throughout the entire game, but there were some occasions where it was even worse: The choir.
For some reason, a wide-open level makes me even more scared, since danger can come from literally anywhere.
I never had to stop playing or take a break though (not more than I usually do). I was just sitting there: Alone in the dark, shallow and fast breathing, raised heartbeat and on the tip of my chair.
All was well.
Well the only thing I found remotely disturbing was the grunt's lower jaw,apart from that I didn't think the game wasn't really disturbing or gorey at all.
I can't watch people/animals getting tortured. I can read about it, but I can't handle watching it happen. Since Amnesia avoided actually showing anything like that, I was fine with the torture chambers. Disturbed, yes, but I could handle it.
Things to work on:
- Torture
- Visual representations of torture
- Clowns... somehow (I think I can get this in :3)
- Disturibing visuals
- Shallowness

I personally really dislike violence against women it disturbs me greatly, that torture room really got me, as well as some bits in the storage.
I had to take breaks there... long breaks.
The part where you drill into the cadaver was quite nasty although it wasn't too much for me.
The picture of the woman(?) being sawed in half from her ass and down, THAT on the other hand was too much for me.
