When you place a decal, by default.. you normally have four symbols for example grouped together. Looking at the Amnesia maps, it must be possible to only have one of the symbols out of the 4 selected.. how do you do this?

It's the UV Subdivisions dropdown on the decals tool; Change it from 1x1 to 2x2, or etc.
