My pc wasn't able to run amnesia with its crappy Intel card
So my question is what new graphics card do I have to
buy, being able to run it on high settings.

My graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 5770, which runs the game well at high settings at 1980 x 1080 resolution. It can also handle the game decently if I have Fraps recording.

I got this card when it was around $180USD, but it most likely costs less now. I would estimate about $150, which I think is about €90.

If you have a lower resolution screen, you could probably go with a cheaper card, as resolution makes a big impact on FPS.

Go for an nvidia card so I suggest:

GIGABYTE GEFORCE GT440 GV-N440D3-1GI 1GB @ 75€ approximately.

What is your pc's power supply rated? You will need at least a 450 watt to install a card like the gt440.
