People can say it's "ok" all they like - it's without a doubt the best custom story "cover" / "image" in my opinion, good job
Shouldn't hotel doors say ''Room 666''? Unless I'm missing something.

That is rarely the case I believe, it's most often just the numbers and people actually realize what they're for

I like it. It looks promising, always wanted to see a creepy hotel or something like that in Amnesia.
looks good, try to put the eye in more focus and make the screwes more rutsy or just remove them.
