When I buy a game and download it in a downloader thats LOGED IN to my profile that I bought the games with, I shouldn't have to activate anything.
They really need to change the way they do things.
Aye...forgot to take Easter into account...that might slow things down a few days...haha, I hope that someone at gamersgate shows up, or else I'm going to be pretty sour by the weekend's end...lol.

The business has servers running 24/7, They always have someone there. They make money from servers being up.
It should be fixed soon enough.
Hello Frictional Games: Count one more customer who has just spend 20 EUR for beeing kept out by a stupid copy protection :(
Apparently the DNS nameservers do not answer for tages-protection.com and thus the site
is unreachable. I've written a mail to Frictional Games and their ISP hoping that they at least answer tomorrow. Now I guess it's time again for a good old paper book :-/
frustrated,

Actually, that is a great idea...I have yet to read the Communist Manifesto for school...I take it that you downloaded Overture just today?
Gamersgate should be just like Direct2Drive, There should only be a Key, not an internet a activation.
It's very annoying working all week to come home to programs that can't activate.
Same problem for me to, really bugging me after putting up with the slow download.
I am afraid there is nothing we at Frictional Games can about this since we do not have any access to GamersGate. Please contact their support at:
support@gamersgate.com
And I hope they will answer as soon as possible.
I am very glad that you decided to buy our game and it feels bad that you are not able to play it
I really wish there was more that I could do.
