Okey, so I would like to what is your opinion on this and why?
There is a petition already against it, right here: http://www.petitiononline.com/Kornami/
In my opinion, this doesn't sound promising at all, but it's going to be only one song, which is supposedly not going to play while in-game(?). If I have to hear the song while playing, it's really going to break the immersion for me. Though, (if it's going to sound like nu-metal at all) the song playing while in the menu will make the game sound like a cheap scare action game.
But I suppose there is a chance it's going to be a decent song.. but still signed the petition, since I don't like the idea at all.

Here is how the writers of metalwebsites report about the matter.

I have no expectations for Silent Hill: Downpour (Sh*tpour for common sense) as Tomm Hulett acts hypocritical.
I will just wait and see what kind of casual game they will produce.
Not a fan of Korn, though I did like a few of their songs...
Worst ever.
If their only assurance is that the song will be skippable, my response is, why bother at all? Make it good, make it seamless, make me want it.

More offensive to me is the report that they're recording new different voice actors for SH2 and 3.

Umm.. so Guy Cihi and Heather Morris won't be doing the voice acting this time..?
Details are scarce, but that's my understanding. Mary Elizabeth McGlynn is still involved, that's all I know for certain.
Guy Cihi is gonna set thing in court.

It's in Spanish, I think, but it clearly states all new voice-actors for the HD Collection. Which is totally off-topic for this thread, but still, in my opinion, as bad a move as Korn.
