I'm planning on making a mod for Minecraft to replace the zombie with Mr.Face, as for Mr.Tall, I'm not sure what to do with him.

It'd still be the same zombie, but would have a Mr.Face skin and have sounds of Mr.Face

I was thinking of doing a texture pack as well, but that's a little further down the road.

You should definitly do that, I play minecraft every now and then. And sometimes I really get scared for a sec when I'm in a dark cave when some guy jumps in.
Having Amnesia textures would probably help alot to be even more scared

Well...it only sort of worked.

Apparently yes the custom sounds work...but the original ones play as well.

And the original zombie sounds are...well...silly.

I'm still learning

Also Alexander to spawn near beds and have attraction towards beds with players.
