i get the fatal error but i have opengl 3.1, 3gb ram and 1gb vid card memory
intel g41

More information is needed.

2) Laptop or Desktop, what model preferably
3) Attach us here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder

solved, updated drivers and the new problem
black screen with sound and subtitles

win xp
intel g41 card 1gb
6gb ram
2.8ghz

Install this:

If problem persists, attach is here the file HPL.log

you have OpenGL 2.1 and not 3.1 and stuff like that and certainly not 1GB of memory. Is this a laptop or a desktop?

? my pc tells me that i have 1gb on my vid card

i had enough problems with amnesia and running it
its just FKd up

it says 1GB shared memory probably. That's different. The actual is less. Your card is not capable of running the game. Also, almost all Intel cards are below system requirements.
