Ok, so i just got amnesia, i installed it and started the game and everything was fine up until the main menu screen. The fps was extremely low. It was laggy. So i figured if i turned all my graphics down it would fix, but it didn't. All my drivers are up to date, I have read a bunch of other solutions and tried them but none seem to work. My computer specs are:

OS: Windows 7
Processor: AMD Athlon™ II X2 220 processor (2 CPUs), ~ 2.8GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Chip Type: Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Main Driver: nvd3dumx.dll,nvd3dum
Version: 8.17.12.7533

Just tell me if you need any other information. I would really like to play this game.
Well it is an old computer and an old card so maybe the lag is because of the current hardware. Download the small program attached below, run it and tell me what OpenGL version it detects.

Also, attach us here the file HPL.log founder under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder
It detected that i have OpenGL version 2.1.2. Also here is the HPL.log file.
OK, maybe this is a graphics driver problem. Do these:

1) Download Driver Sweeper and install it. Do not run it yet.
2) Uninstall the NVIDIA drivers and all of their components.
3) Now run Driver Sweeper. Select all NVIDIA, PHYSIX, ATI, AMD traces and delete them all.
4) Reboot your system and then download this(275.33 WHQL, do not use the latest beta or something else - this should be fine):

5) After installation reboot your system again. Make sure that in device manager your NVIDIA card appears and try launching the game again.

Also, make sure you check the troubleshooting thread, Problem B in your case:

You have an integrated graphics chip in the range of the bare minimum supported, so it could be that it is not capable of running the game at decent speed.
Ok well i did what you said plutomaniac and after the second reboot, i logged in and could not access the internet. I'm not good with this type of computer stuff. Did i do something wrong or something? Confused
You selected everything at Driver Sweeper? That's why that happened. I told you to select NVIDIA, PHYSIX, ATI, AMD which are for graphics. All the other things are for internet, sound maybe and stuff like that. Windows 7 should detect the drivers, if not you will now have to reinstall them. Can Amnesia be played now though? If you did everything there correctly only the graphics should be reinstalled. But it could be the card like Jens said, it is old and can barely run the game.
Well i did a system restore back a day. I'll redo it again and select what you said. I'll let you know if it works.
good, I forgot about system restore. Hope this works. Otherwise, this is because of the gpu.
Question, when you say uninstall my drivers, do you mean, go into my control panel and uninstall "Nvidia Drivers"? Also when i run Driver Sweeper do i select the Nvidia - chipset as well?
