I have noticed that this problem occurs only with Steam users but we have not found a solution yet. Try to close steam and then start it again using administrator rights (right click > run as administrator). See if that helps at all...

it is a steam issue since only steam users have it and since I don't have steam I cannot really help with that. Maybe Tashaydar or Jens can help...
Login as administrator and see if you can launch the game correctly there.
Note that Administrator account is a different account then yours and its name is Administrator.

I have only one account on my computer and it has all the administrator rights/it is an administrator account. So I still don't know what causes the problem :/
