I tried everything on the forums but it didn't work so heres my HPL file. Im looking for an option that allows me to not buy anything because I am short on money.
If your graphic card drivers are fully updated, try to open the game lowest possible settings.
If still doesn't work, your graphic adapter is not capable of running the game.
you can probably play the game but first make sure it is fully updated and also update your graphics card driver to the latest version 2361 that Intel offers.

I guess it is a laptop so for Windows 7 x64 you have to install this:

Okay i tried this and it said not the appropriate driver for this computer but its the driver i got just not updated enough
Your laptop provider probably has custom drivers for your card. You should go to Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the drivers you currently have, then install the regular Intel ones.

Which one is that?!?

It differs according to your manufacturer. It should have something like 'Intel HD Graphics driver' or something similar to that in what it is called. The regular Intel drivers are in the link that plutomaniac posted.
