If you want it elsewhere, move it. I think General Discussion is nice. SmileCool
Really interesting video, thanks for showing us some more what you're working on!

Just wondering how far modders could go with HPL3, could they make a completely different game, for example a racing game? Or is it still limited in that it has to be first person etc.

This is really awesome though, HPL2 is pretty limited in some ways... You can't really make anything that doesn't look or work like Amnesia unless you do it in some hackish way (i.e. that Tetris mod).

(shouldn't the title of this thread be Scripting overview #2? Tongue)

A racing game or even an RTS should be possible. So basically the next game will be a sort of game engine as well.

(and yeah, updated the subject line Smile )
^ I think that's a bot.

Also, looking forward to the new engine (and game). Unfortunately, I lost all my files after a PC crash, but I'm having fun working on a new map! I can't even imagine how creative some of the community maps will be on this new engine; seen some very cool things the last year already. Smile
Yes, Thomas is definitely a robot. That explains much.
The bot post was deleted before you saw it.
It had something about shoes in its signature, I think.

Anyway, I have nothing to add to this discussion.
I saw the bot, and was joking.

Not about Thomas though, he's definitely more machine than now than man, twisted and evil.
