How can I represent these german letters in a note which the player can pick and read?

I'm sure it worked for French characters but German should work if the language file is called "extra_german.lang".

I made a Turkish translation as Turkish has İıŞşÖöÜüÇçĞğ letters. My translation works without a flaw.
