I am thinking about getting a dell xps 17 with a NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 555M 3GB graphics with Optimus but will the graphics card support amnesia, if not then I might not get this laptop.

This card is good actually. It supports DX11 and OpenGL 4.0 so you should not have any problem to run the game when it comes to graphics.

Will you get this laptop even if it doesn't run the game? Or will you change your mind just for Amnesia?

Im not entirily sure amnesia is one game I really want, but at the same time I really REALLY want this laptop too.
