I have a rope area, and a PosNode area.

I have the Rope area ending on the PosNode, but the rope just wont stick to it. What am I doing wrong?

I tried looking at the 21_torture_nave.map for clues. But I'm not sure if that connection rope thing is the same as trying to get a rope to hang from point A to point B.


P.S. I tried to access a page to "How to make a Rope" on wiki.frictional but It won't let me see it...

I am logged in. So if anyone could help with that also.

Have it end at an object as well. I think you can specify what part (= body) of the object too. Just start the modelEditor and check.

After placing the Rope area and PosNode, you have to link the two. In EndPosNode, under the area tab of the Rope area, type in the name of the PosNode. Also, under RopeFile, go to the misc folder and pick a rope.
