OH YEAH! XD I'm excited! Wish I could've helped ya make it =P (If you're in need of someone, I don't mind working on two projects at once. I can do pretty much anything... script, map, model "somewhat", particles, materials, etc. I'm whoring myself out, but ONLY for Dark Room. XD)

hmmm... do you know how to give models animations? like... if it is already riged and stuff... would you know how to give it an animation?

Oh btw could you help me out?

How did you convert the images into .mat files?
I can see in your billboard folder that you have both .tga and .mat.
I guess that the .tga is the raw file in which you converted into a .mat.
Sorry, might sound a bit confusing but...

Please help me out, i tried moddeling in what i wanted using another program
but i couldn't export it as a .ent only a .dds.

I already have .tga file ready, so...what should i do next?

.mat file is just something that the game actually reads... But to sort your problem, just open the material editor and there test different settings how you want your texture (png,dds,wutever) to show.
check the file extension things and other stuff from this:
