Hmm I think it's looking nice. You should play around some with the spotlights - looking at (as mentioned above) image 2 it's generally very much brighter. It seems as if the spotlight from that window has a much larger FOV/Aspect compared to the other windows. Either have all windows cast such a large spotlight, but with lesser power or make that spotlight as small as the others with the same intensity.

You can also play around with the colors a little.. Try using a candle with no pointlight - add pointlights in the leveleditor for those candles. Make them very, very slightly more red than the default values. Then add larger very, very slightly (dark) green pointlights around the room - which will be the 'weakened' light coming from the outside.

Edit: You also seem to be having almost the same formation of planks by the windows. Try creating a gobo and turning off 'cast shadows' on the spotlights - that way you can have intersecting spotlights from the windows.

Looking Good! Gives me sort of a comforting feeling looking at it... unless that place has a more darker history or purpose.

A challenge by Kiandra to make an outdoor environment using only mansionbase assets. (Used a few diff textures for planes, and none of the MFP outdoor assets)

(B ....oh wait, that means I have to actually complete my half of the bet D:

Endo, your maps look gorgeous and that lighting is super sexy, so there's not much to criticize.
The only things I could complain about are: some of the light dust particles seem a *little* bit too opaque (it's hard to make them look good without them becoming invisible or overly visible, I know) and the billboards are clipping through curtains/wood planks.
If they're not on fixed-axis, I find that helps (plus one big round halo with no depth-test to create a bit of a bloom effect - but I don't think that's your style, so feel free to disregard). It also helps for them to go all the way to the floor (like this http://shahnilpa.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/attic.jpg) since light doesn't abruptly end in the air - but again, I think that might be one of my personal preferences and not a general rule for maps :p
Other than that, lighting looks lovely - especially the contrast between the blue outside and the yellow candles (I really have a thing for that colour combination) and the chandelier on the floor is a nice touch, too c:

Oh well, it's a yellow window, but i know your point, it should be more blueish.

EDIT: Updated! Did you mean lamps or lights? I found the issue being lamps
so i lifted them.

Probably going to be a wall of text c: Sorry if it's long

I like your use of fog and billboards - it looks really dusty and neat and gorgeous :D

The yellow (now red) window at the top is definitely giving a weird feeling. I'm not sure what you're trying to go for with that, but if it's a style thing or you're determined to keep the two light tones (for all I know, maybe there's two different light sources) then go for it. If it's unintentional or based off of the mansion-base parts solely, there are a few ways to fix that:
  • Check if there's a version of that window with the blue panes instead (or if the larger ones have a yellow version)
  • Hardarm gave me the super awesome idea of using boxlights (about 0.1 thick and the same size as the window) on blend mode to tint the window panes the colour you want (good for if you don't want straight-up yellow or blue).
  • You could use planes with the window textures and resize them to fit the windows (I've done this for windows that I don't want to be see-through before, it's not too tricky once you get the right size). Usually it's best to make these cover 2x2 panes and just copy-paste as needed to fill the window.

Either I'm being silly and seeing things, or the lights and candles have different colours. If they are actually different, Acies gave a pretty apt description of how to fix this (and adjust the colours of the lights yourself :D) for Endosine about 8 posts back. I like the yellow-y orange tone because it compliments the blue colour coming from the window (the one coming from the downstairs lights - the upstairs one seems a bit too yellow in comparison).

And last thing - the carpet on the far right seems a little bit stretched length-wise (and squished against the wall) - not sure why it's there, but if you're keeping it, maybe bring it away from the wall a bit (so all 4 edges are showing) and shrink it a bit. It's not a huge deal or that noticeable, no need to take my advice if you think that changing it will look awful.

Other than that, the screenshot's composition and the layout of the map looks really nice c: It's a very believable setting that reminds me of some classy mansion.

Edit: Nooo not the smileys D:

Wow, really like how warm that lamp is looking. When I look at it I can imagine putting my hands on it briefly before pulling them back because its burning my hands.
