No, you see, he was naked with Alexander the whole time during their kidnappings and torture, and he didn't bother to put any clothes on before chasing that girl.

Alexander said it was one of his responsibilities as a baron to have the prisons.
So maybe the imprisonment part was not one of their crimes. Right?

I think that most of the prisoners were innocent, thus unlawfully incarcerated.
Also, I would include in the charges:
- Cruelty to animals;
- Desecration of dead human bodies.
