Okay,so I went to compatibility,and checked the box "run this program as administrator" and now when I try to launch the Amnesia.exe,I get to screen resolution,graphics,etc.,and then press launch,it says it failed to start game (app already running).

Not sure it works on a touchscreen. Try checking for driver updates and making sure to turn off all programs that can interfere with running the game, such as antivirus.

Well everything works just fine until I get to the loading screen,and I can get past the loading screen but that's about where it'll stop responding completely,the arrow will take 3 minutes to get to the postion I moved it to.
And I turned off my anti-virus and any programs and checked for driver updates and everythings fine,I tried autoinstall and it says it couldn't find my system.

No don't use that non-functioning AMD autoinstaller. Is it x86 or x64 Windows 8?
