I just have to say this, EMH is absolute crap. It started out descent, then it was very good for a little while, then it went down hill very fast. I haven't understood the story, actions of each of the characters, locations of each of the characters, and even who some of the characters ARE. So many side plots are slapped on randomly and left without any sort of an explanation (I still don't even know what happened to that guy's girlfriend, they seem to have completely forgotten about her). And their excuse is "well we don't even know what's going on in this situation so how should you?". Yeah that series is an absolute train wreck. The rest are very good options though.

There ya go.
I, uh. . . I finished it. Afterwards I needed about an hour, to remember my own name.
I think I can experience fear again. Because now the only thing I fear is making friends and children with down syndrome. The fourth wall no longer exists.
You're welcome Big Grin

Stopped watching after Habit was introduced so don't know too much about later episodes.
I'd recommend that you don't dig into it that much, just so that if you do like what you saw, then it won't be butt-raped in the face (WTF). . . *Thinks about that for a second* Huh

great fun, really scary with no petty little jumpscares

-.- I'm sorry for everyone that got scared while playing it, but my goal was just to make it a fun action packed adventure.

RE: Horror-Block? - Froge - 07-25-2012

Damn. Sounds like something I should play.

How does Followed by Death compare with The Attic, btw?

<<<IN MY OPINION>>> it is better than the attic

it is 10 times better than the Attic. The Attic wasn't that great of a map in my opinion, but Followed by Death is one of the best custom stories out there.

And lol, JMF, the horror and scares in general were one of the best parts of it, don't be apologizing for that Tongue

Yeah, that story is actually one of the big reasons I'm asking for help; I want to be able to play it so badly but I can't even get very far. . . because I keep needing to change my pants, and chair. Sometimes even the rug. Sad

RE: Horror-Block? - Froge - 07-26-2012

La Caza's knights segment was the scariest custom story moment I've ever experienced. Is that what FbD is like?

Imo, most relatable to the original game in terms of subtlety and atmosphere.
