I click launch and it gives me this

Anyone know what the problem is and how i can fix it

The video card you have, Intel Bear Lake, is below requirements to run the game. Unless you have another video card?

If it's a desktop, sure. Just make sure your computer's power supply is good enough to power the video card. ATI and Nvidia cards are much better than Intel, might want to look into those.
