Life Lender: Modelers still needed - Danny Boy - 09-14-2011
Development Resumed
After being paused for quite some time now, work on Life Lender
as finally been resumed. Quite a few changes have happened since we
started working on it again, one of the biggest being:
Life Lender will be a Total Conversion mod
This means that other than the core engine files, all content
will be 100% original. Not re-used from Amnesia: The Dark Descent, not
found on www.freesounds.com, but made entirely by our new development team
Colorless Incorporated
Colorless Incorporated will be the name of the new development
team that is being formed to work on for Life Lender - more information
about the team should be out soon. Although we already have several
people working on all the different files required to make Life lender,
we still do not have everyone we need. We are currently looking for
more people who can do 3D modeling/texturing/animations (preferably all
three), and someone to write music for the game. We are currently
accepting all applications; to apply, simply send an email to colorlessincorporated@gmail.com explaining why we should pick you to be a member of the team.
Lock-Picking System
Although this has been completed for quite some time now, it has
never been officially announced. Code for a lock-picking system has
been completed, and a speed-through of myself developing said system has
also been released:
While is just a prototype of the system, it contains all of the
essentials required to implement it in an amnesia level none the less.
The Story
Its still in development for now
Goals
1st- Make the most terrifying experience ever made on a Amnesia mod
2nd- Make good gameplay and add new gameplay mechanics (lockpicking is an example)
3rd- Make a Great story!
4th- Make New Monsters! (yes new monsters! not retextured ones!)
5th- 100% new content made by our team! (this includes: new objects, new textures, new sounds, new particles, new items and completely new graphics for the various menus)

05-10-2011: Homicide13 (the maker of Nepsis) as joined to the development team!
11-10-2011: A Lockpicking gameplay feature will be included in the game!
12-10-2011: Life Lender's base story/Backstory has finnaly been decided!
19-10-2011: The possibility of makeing custom monsters appeared!

Modern...I love it then! Can't wait for it Danarogon. The picture looks great and creepy. The story reminds me of the beginning of Black Plague a lot to be honest...

That looks scary indeed! Screaming people in the background allways seem to scare me a little and it certainly adds to a scary atmosphere so that's good.
