'No Such Purchase' - Sydneysyd - 09-15-2011
So, I recently purchased 'Amnesia: The Dark Descent', and, received my payment email. Everything looked fine, still does. I went to Shelf, to log in so I could download it and etc.
Anyway, I typed in my email, and my order number, and it keeps showing up with 'No such purchase, please try again.' I waited a while, to see if it just hadn't acknowledged it yet or something, and tried again.
No such luck. Any help?

Make sure you enter the order number, beginning with ST. Did you get the receipt as an email? If not maybe you typed your email address incorrectly when you made the purchase and that is why the order is not found. Send me a PM with the order number and I can look it up.
